Legalities
Marriages in Samoa are legally recognised internationally and you no longer need to arrive a few days beforehand.
To be married, you will need to scan and email or fax copies of the documents listed below. Please ensure that documentation is in English and clear to read.
Send documents to:
• Birth certificates and passports for both parties
• Decree Absolute (Divorce) documentation if either of you has been divorced, and if you haven’t been married before, you need a CIN from your country.
• Death Certificate of your spouse if either of you has been widowed
Wedding Group Terms & Conditions
• Reservations Group conditions and function conditions apply.
• Pricing is quoted in NZD and includes all applicable government taxes. {rices are subject to fluctuating rates and inflation and may change.
• A deposit of 50% of the wedding package is required to confirm the date.
• Saletoga Sands Resort & Spa can cater for both intimate and large weddings of up to 50 people. The resort is also available for a complete resort charter booking. Please ask for details.
